Aquaman Duathlon: An Evening Race For All Ages

Three Rivers Road Runners is inviting all runners and triathletes to join the Aquaman Duathlon event. Both veteran marathoners and beginners will enjoy this event which aims to promote multi-sports and running to all community members in the Tri-Cities.

The race will begin with a 2-mile run at Howard Amon Park, to be followed by a plunge into the Columbia River for a half-mile swim. Participants will then run another 3 miles toward the northern part of the park

NSX SWIMThe Natural Selection CrossFit will host the NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017 on August 13. The event will be at 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., at George Prout Pool, at 1005 Swift Boulevard, Richland, WA.

NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017

Admission to the NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017 costs $5 each for members and $10 each for non-members. There will be a couple of MOD sessions available. The first one will be at 9 a.m. and the second one will be at 10 a.m. Community members can join the fun for free. It's a great event for families and friends to participate, especially the cross fitters.

Immediately after the second MOD, attendees will be asked to proceed to the Leslie Groves Park where there will be a recovery BBQ event for all NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017 participants.

Swim Lessons For Parent & Child At Ken Serier Memorial Pool, Kennewick WashingtonIf you want to swim with your child, please visit Ken Serier Memorial Pool in Kennewick on Wednesday, July 30 at 11:30 in the morning for the Swim Lessons 2014 Parent & Child.

Details of the Event
The swimming lessons are for children between 6 months and 3 years old and their parents, or a guardian. This class is an introduction to the water and does not make the child an experienced swimmer. Registration Fee for resident is $19.00 and $28.00 for non-resident.

Please take note that there will be no refunds for swim lessons. Last day for standard registration will be on July 29 at 11:59 in the evening.

Schedule:
