The story centers on the struggle of the members of the Cruz family in coping with their daily lives. Challenges arrive and surprisingly, the neglected ones make everything better for the family. A Celebration of Seventy Years of Arts Honoring the founding of Richland Players and The Mid-Columbia Symphony is happening at the REACH Museum. There will be food, wine, plus you get to socialize with artists past, present, and future. The history of the Tri Cities community & the Hanford Project cannot be told unless we acknowledge the creation and participation in the Arts.

Richland Players Presents From February 20th until the 22nd, Richland Players proudly presents "The Sleeper". It will shown on Friday and Saturday at 8:00 in the evening and on Sunday at 2:00 in the afternoon.

About "The Sleeper"
This dark and slightly zany comedy by Catherine Butterfield has adult themes and language. It is about a suburban "security mom," shell-shocked by the new post 9/11 reality, finds herself irresistibly drawn to her son's tutor, a handsome young man with political leanings far different from her own. Her "awakening" leads to a bizarre series of events that blow the lid off her previously sheltered existence and change the lives of all around her.

"Inspecting Carol"  is a comedy for the holiday season by Daniel J. Sullivan - a Christmas Carol meets The Government Inspector meets Noises Off in this hilarious hit from Seattle. It is about a man who asks to audition at a small theater is mistaken for an informant for the National Endowment for the Arts. Everyone caters to the bewildered wannabe actor and he is given a role in their current production of A Christmas Carol. More and more things go wrong as the production descends into hilarious chaos.
