Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin was released yesterday from Buffalo General Medical Hospital after undergoing a series of evaluations. He returned home nine days after collapsing on the field from cardiac arrest during Monday Night Football. Hamlin has yet to make any announcements about a return to the sport.

On Saturday, December 11, the Washington State University Alumni Association will hold their Annual Tri Cities Cougar Gold and Mistletoe event at Gordon Brothers Cellars. This year Cougar Gold and Mistletoe will take place one day only and that day will be December 11 from 12:00pm – 6:00pm. The Cougar Gold and Mistletoe event features a variety of things to do such as wine tasting and Cougar Cheese sampling. There will also be WSU merchandise on sale during the event. The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Seattle Seahawks, is proud to host the 7th Annual “Seattle Seahawks Tri-Cities Day” on Sunday, September 12, 2010. Ticket sales begin Thursday, July 26, 2010 at 8:00 am for the season opener versus the San Francisco 49ers.

The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce has only 300 tickets to be sold for this opening home game. They will be sold on a first come basis.

Ticket prices are $64.00, which includes a t-shirt courtesy of Swift Rehabilitation and a seat cushion courtesy of AmeriChoice Home Loans.
