The 2023 Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo will be held on August 22rd through 26th 2023 and is still “The Best Week of Summer.” Come check out all the fair has to offer, as with every year this year has a ton of fun for all ages. The ringers that make up the Bells of the Desert have been performing for several years, particularly in Tri-City area as church handbell choir members.
