Portland Spirit River Cruises is coming back to Tri Cities, and this time, they are bringing the historic Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler. It will be in the Tri Cities area from April 18 to 27 to offer 10 days of different cruises that will board from the dock at Clover Island Inn in Kennewick.
