Boost Your Brain: Keeping Your Memory Sharp
Boost Your Brain will be in three sessions. The class will focus on how to keep the memory sharp and maintain brain health. Jana McMahon, a Brookdale Occupational Therapist, will present tips and techniques in enhancing memory. Seniors are most welcome to attend but family and friends are also encouraged.
