Sushi With Your Sweetheart makes a great Valentine celebration for any couple. Friends and families can also come and participate to Castle Event Catering's Our Hands on Sushi class. Learning begins with perfect rice and coming up with beautiful rolls. Chef Andy Craig will grace the vent to demonstrate how it is to create classic rolls like California and Spicy Tuna. Supplies needed for the class will be provided.
