About Sewing for Beginners
'Sewing for Beginners' is designed for everyone, even those who have zero knowledge about working with the needle, thread, and sewing machine. It does not matter if the person has not tried using the sewing machine yet. The class will guide the participants with sewing from scratch. 'Sewing for Beginners' is a 3-day class which the students must attend every day for full comprehension of the lessons. SCRAP Tri-Cities will appreciate if the students will bring their own sewing machine. Those who will not be able to do so are advised to inform the Scrap Tri-Cities immediately.

The class will cover sewing straight seams and some methods in finishing, as well as threading and sewing machine functions. Students will be asked to create a pillowcase during the course. Admission costs $30.
