obama, wins, president, capital building Some people are very pleased with Presidents Obama's State of the Union address while others are upset by his informal tone, and still some are not pleased with the way he bashed the previous administration. There is one thing everyone can agree on though, that is the lack of attention President paid to the housing industry, a large part of the failing economy. The few lines given in his one hour and nine minute speech is barely enough to warrant Obama addressing the housing issue at all. Basically President Obama wants to raise home values, congratulate us on saving a few bucks, and lets do it some more! So what is he saying about the ousing industry, are we going to create more tax incentives, maybe FHA will change their standards, or maybe revamp HAMP?
