Jesus Escamilla will be opening up his third New York Richie’s Restaurant this Friday in Kennewick. The restaurant will be decorated with a big city theme and an Italian flair and, of course, a Statue of Liberty tribute. The menu will include New York style pizza, individuals can buy a whole 20-inch pie or just a slice. There will also be hot and cold sandwiches and two pasta dishes.
