McGee Read and Run Fiesta 5K: Fostering Healthy Minds and Body
Mustang PTO, an organization of teachers, guardians, and parents of McGee students formed the first ever Read and Run Fiesta 5K event to promote healthy minds and bodies while taking pleasure in the company of other community members. The event is a fun run suitable for the whole family. Participants can walk instead of run if they wish to. McGee Read and Run Fiesta 5k is absolutely for fun. As long as the participants get to exercise, walking and running are allowed.
Following the fun run is the celebration of reading. There will also be food available on site so that everybody gets to replenish the lost energy during the run.
Participants are advised to dressed up like a book character. Don't miss it!
