Kennewick Real Estate Listings

Kennewick Real Estate Listings If you are looking for Kennewick real estate listings, you've come to the right place. We've just upgraded our listings search tool to allow for a better client experience. Our search usability allows for a home buyer to save several searches each meeting different criteria. Those searches can then be emailed to a specific email address. Additionally, among the many features available, homes can be tagged as favorites, several options available for email updates, search by zip code, address, and or mls number, to name a few of our search tool features. Our search updates at least once per day to include any new listings our area's real estate agents have posted. Our search is the only type of it's kind in the Tri Cities Washington area. Last, but not least, we do not apply any type of 'sales tactic' to push you in a direction you do not want to go. We are simply here to serve you when you need us for help.

I used to be a salesman, many years ago, and I've seen how some work the customer, steering them into buying something not really suited to them. Me, I preferred to sell them what I needed, and sure I may have gotten less sales for the mob I worked for, but they had happy customers that were more likely to come back.

Chris wrote: Wow I love this resource and the blog looks fantastic too. The fact that you have opened the search up to be able to view listings details without needing to give up the first born is great and it would be nice to see more REALTORS taking this same approach, instead of guarding it with their lives. I have attempted the same thing at my site and I think people genuinely feel more served by your site than others. Keep up the great work.

Ashlee wrote: I always like to let my clients pick the houses they want to see, of course in a range of what they are approved for, and that way they feel like they are getting to see exactly what they want. Then they can't tell me that I only showed them homes that I wanted them to see. They get to pick what they see!

Harry wrote: Its very rare to find a salesperson who would prioritize the needs of his/her customers before commission. They would rather make the sale rather than make their customers happy. But there are some left who are doing a great job. When I moved in to my place, my real estate broker was direct to the point and very helpful. She never made excuses. I prefer knowing what's really happening, even if it is bad use, rather than being avoided or lied to.
