James Otto is a native of Benton City. He finished high school at Kiona-Benton. James used to be a member of the Navy before he moved to Nashville to work on his music career. James' kind of music is a beautiful combination of Southern country rock and soul. James never fails to come back to his hometown to give his fellow Tri-Citians a taste of his remarkable performance. For James' performance at the Branding Iron in Kennewick, he will be playing with the local band Stompin' Ground.
