On Tuesday March 9, John Buchanan will be giving a free lecture titled, “The Geology of Mars and the Scablands.” The lecture will begin at 7:00 pm in the Benton PUD auditorium. John Buchanan is a professor at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, he teaches geology and is the director of the environmental science center.
