About Fiddler On The Roof
Fiddler On The Roof is a musical of which story revolves around a father who has strong Jewish religious beliefs. He follows cultural traditions without fail. He has five daughters but unlike their father, the three of them opt for a husband who does not follow the customs of the Jewish faith. The book, Fiddler On The Roof, is written by Joseph Stein. The musical is Jerry Bock's piece with lyrics from written by Sheldon Harnick.
For this particular performance at the CBC, the director is Ginny Quinley and the music directors are Justin Raff and Philip Simpson. Marlie Buriak will be in-charge of the choreography and Ronn Campbell will manage the scenic design. This is for general patronage. Admission costs are $25 for general seating and $5 for kids 11 years old and below.
