Rascal Rodeo, through Columbia River Cowboy Gathering, will be hosting the 3rd Annual Exceptional Rodeo for Special Needs on April 9, 2016. Exceptional Rodeo for Special needs will start at 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. This fun and meaningful Rascal Rodeo event will take place at the Benton Franklin Fairgrounds, 1500 S. The 3rd Year of An Exceptional Rodeo for Special Needs
Volunteers and participants are advised to register through the Rascal Rodeo's website. The Exceptional Rodeo for Special Needs are designed for all ages. The event encourages everyone to focus on the abilities of people with special needs rather than their disabilities. By means of the Exceptional Rodeo for Special Needs event, everyone gets to express their love and care for people with special needs. Participants do not have to have experience in rodeo. The Exceptional Rodeo for Special Needs event is for free!
