AARP will be putting on several driving classes this month for senior citizens at various places in the community. The purpose of these classes is to refresh seniors on driving knowledge and to allow and possibly for them to get insurance discounts. The classes cost $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. The first set of classes are Monday and Tuesday at the Richland Community Center from 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm to register call 509.942.7529. There is also a Wednesday and Thursday class at the Pasco Medical Center from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm to register call 509.545.3459. On February 24-25 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center there is a class from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm to register call 509.942.2600. Also on the 24-25 there is a class at The Manor at Canyon Lake from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm to register call 509.586.5005.
