CPR or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is an emergency and life-saving technique which is comprised of chest compression and mouth-to-mouth respiration. CPR is performed to an individual who has stopped breathing or whose heart stops beating.
Learning how CPR is performed is important and Curves Richland is pleased to present the CPR Certification event to equip more people with knowledge on this first aid technique. This can help everyone know the necessary step to take when faced with emergency situations such as an encounter with a person who almost drowned or someone who just had a cardiac arrest.
