The Country Nesters Marketplace Antiques and Collectibles will be holding their 5th annual Fall Show this weekend, September 18-19. This one and only Antiques Show in the Tri Cities features an assortment of Furniture, Jewelry, Depression & Elegant Glassware, Coins, Postcards, Primitives, Shabby Chic, Collectibles, Antiques, and Treasured Finds. It would be difficult to not find anything you are interested in! During both days of the show there will be displays by various organizations such as the Franklin County Historical Society, Shirley Frares will be displaying her aprons, Sew Q Quilt will be present, there will also be raffles by the Tri Cities Quilters and so much more! You don’t want to miss this great event! Times of the event are 9:00am-6:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am-4:00pm on Sunday.
On Saturday, at the Antique Show, between 9:00am and 4:00pm the local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) POST 5785 will be holding a Red, White, and Blue Car and Motorcycle Show. If you are interested in entering a car into one of the classes registration can be completed at the gate for a fee of $20. The classes are as follows; GM: Stock/Modified, Mopar: Stock/Modified, Ford: Stock/Modified, Hot Rods, or Trucks, and Motorcycle. There will be trophies, food for purchase, and loads of fun! Head on over to the Benton Franklin Fairgrounds in Kennewick Washington this weekend with the whole family or maybe just a few friends and enjoy a day of shopping or browsing! The cost to get in is $3.00 at the door, good for both days and there is no charge for parking. This event is handicap accessible.
