The Mid-Columbia Libraries is inviting all teens in the Tri-Cities to join the Chocolate Olympics which is set on the 30th of June, 2016. This unique gathering will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the West Richland Branch located at 3803 W. Van Giesen, West Richland, WA.
