This may be your first time to see and enjoy the Amon Creek Natural Preserve in its current undeveloped state.

About the Event: A free 1.5 mile guided hike through the only preserve in this region that features both shrub- steppe and wetland habitat. Seven stations along the trail will feature short presentations about: Geology, Plants, Animals, Birds, Future development of Amon Basin and More! Please - dogs are not allowed and consider your child's ability for hiking.

Tour starts from Claybell Park, 599 Broadmoor Street, Richland, Saturday, May 16, from 9:00 in the morning to 12:00 noon. Last tour leaves at 10:00 in the morning.
