Hands In for Hands On Tri-Cities will be hosting All About Satellites with Bree Smith on July 9, 2016. This event will run from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. and will be held at Bechtel National Planetarium at Columba Basin College, 2600 N 20th Ave., Bldg. D, Pasco, WA. About All About Satellites with Bree Smith
The All About Satellites with Bree Smith will feature hands-on exploration of everything that has to do with satellites. There will be activities for children ages 4 to 8 years old that will run from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. For kids 9 to 14 years old, the activities will be from 1:15 to 2:00 p.m.
Bree Smith finished Theatre Performance at the Southern Methodist University. The hurricane season in 2004 made her realize that she wanted to know more about the weather. Bree went back to school and pursued her meteorology studies at Florida State University and later on went to the Florida International University where she graduated with flying colors.
