The Music Department of the Columbia Basin College conducts three concerts a year during the end of every season. This is where students are encouraged to participate in the said concerts and in the college’s different performance groups.
About the Concert
The Columbia Basin Concert Band will present a selection of songs that will make you enjoy listening and feeling speechless. The concert is directed by Randy Hubbs with the performance of the CBC Concert Band at the CBC Theatre, 2600 N. 20th Avenue in Pasco, Washington.

On Saturday, May 23 MUX presents Battle of the Bands 2015 at the Uptown Theatre, 1300 Jadwin Avenue in Richland, Washington. Show starts at 7:00 in the evening.
Over the years, as part of their regular concert programs, the chamber jazz duo of Chris Lee and Colleen O'Brien have included poems that have been set to music, music that has been set to poems, and music by some well-known writers who were also accomplished composers. This concert will be devoted entirely to this genre. This concert is presented by the Mid-Columbia Literary Festival.
This coming Saturday, May 9 7:30 in the evening watch piano prodigy Umi Garrett at the Faith Assembly Auditorium, 1800 Road 72 in Pasco, Washington. The show is free but patrons receive priority seating first.
The Inland Northwest Orchestra will be having their concert at the Southridge High School Auditorium located in 3320 Southridge Boulevard Kennewick, Washington on Sunday, May 5. The show will start at 4:00 in the afternoon - be there earlier.
On May 1 and 2, come to Chief Joseph Middle School, 504 Wilson St. in Richland, Washington for an exciting presentation.
This coming Saturday, May 2 come watch Seattle trio Uncle Bonsai at the Community Unitarian Universalist Church located at 2819 W. Sylvester Street in Pasco, Washington. Show starts at 7:30 in the evening.
On Friday, April 10 everyone is invited to watch Jazz Unlimited: Concert Bands at Columbia Basin College located in 2600 North 20th Avenue Pasco, Washington. Admission is free.
