Joe and I relocated to the Tri Cities eight years ago after visiting my sister and discovering all that Kennewick, Richland (& West), Pasco had too offer. Before all the national acclaim came to the Tri Cities, we knew what a great place the community was here. In fact, we did not relocate to the Tri Cities due to a job transfer or reassignment, we simply moved here to start over in a much more relaxed, safe, and friendly community. Plus, the school system here is great, and of course, the economy strong. We can still remember being new, and relate to someone new and trying to figure things out. Especially, the road system. With all the Tri Cities has to offer, getting around to see it all can be confusing at times. [grins]

Not only do we do a large volume of business in the Tri Cities, but we practice real estate personally. We own several investment properties, and have managed as many as 25 units in Kennewick, Richland, and/or Pasco. In addition to our investment and property management experience, we currently own and are involved with commercial properties that involve parcel sub-division, etc. Lastly, there is nothing that hones real estate skills better than working with home buyers. Our sales keep us in the top 10 of nearly 500 real estate agents in the Tri Cities. And of course, our work is all done in house. That is to say, we do not use assistants to do our work for us.
