Amy Butcher

I’m Amy Butcher a Columbia Basin native, who after years of living in multiple states from coast to coast has landed back in the Tri-Cities to be near my family and roots. 

My path into real estate began as I helped Marshall Butcher, REALTOR®, farmer, and most significantly my DAD, in his endeavors. He demonstrated the impact of building lifelong friendships, through his commitment to and relationships with people. Naturally learning through observation the values of treating people with honesty, integrity, and respect while serving them. I recognized the benefits of his investing in the Othello community then and have learned through the years that our impact through real estate stretches far beyond one's town, it can influence lives across the globe. I strive to carry the torch and to continue making more lifelong friends by following his example.  It is also my tribute to him and I hope to carry the torch with a smile that comes straight from the heart!
