Join the WSU Tri-Cities Fund the Future 5K run happening on Saturday, April 18, 9:00 in the morning at the WSU Tri-Cities Campus in 2710 Crimson Way Richland, Washington.
Register the day of the race at 7:45 in the morning, in front of the West building, 2710 Crimson Way, Richland, or preregister for less through April 15 at http://GoCougs.WSUFoundation.WSU.edu/5KFundTheFuture.
Details of the 5th Annual Fund the Future 5K Run
The run will be on the paved path along the Columbia River, Urban Greenbelt Trail, behind WSU Tri-Cities. A brunch will follow at 11 a.m. Walkers are welcome. For serious runners, Budu Racing will provide timing chips. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers.
Registration fees:
• General public: $20 preregistered, $25 day of race.
• WSU Tri-Cities alumni: $15 preregistered, $20 day of race.
• WSU Tri-Cities students and employees: $10 preregistered, $15 day of race.
• Kids ages 6-12: $10
• Kids 5 and under: Free, and strollers are welcome. The 50-yard dash is immediately before the race start, so arrive by 8:30 a.m. A bounce house will be set up. The Tri-City Court Club, Bluewood Ski Resort, Runner’s Soul, Greenies, the Tri-Cities Dust Devils and Trot Therapeutic Riding have donated prizes.
