Tri-Cities Knit in Public Day
Sheep's Clothing is pleased to present another fun knit event in the Tri-Cities. A passport will be given to the participants which they need to get stamped in every station. Participants must knit or crochet in designated public areas for 30 minutes to have their passport stamped. Each passport costs $5. Proceeds from the Tri-Cities Knit in Public Day will benefit the Judith Wise Memorial Library.
The Tri-Cities Knit in Public Day will also feature games, free classes, demonstrations, and special prizes. Don't miss it!
Learning how to knit helps in alleviating the symptoms of stress and anxiety. The activity stimulates the brain and helps enhance motor functions. Apart from health benefits, knitting also gives a sense a fulfillment especially when one gets to create personally-designed scarves, hats, mittens and a lot more knitting products!
