Join the Will Play for Food event on June 18, 2016, Â and help provide food for Tri-Cities residents in need. It's a benefit concert that will run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Will Play for Food will be held at the Flat Top Park, 4705 W Van Giesen St., West Richland, WA. About Will Play for Food
Will Play for Food concert will be led by The Stormcloaks. Also performing are the 3rd Park Avenue, The Lamps, and U4RIA. Apart from great music performances from these bands, there will be a lot of food and drinks available on site courtesy of Frost Me Sweet Mobile Cupcake Truck and The Dog House. Participants are advised to bring their blankets and chairs so they can settle at the venue with ease.
A can of food or $1 donation from every participant will be highly appreciated. These donations will be given to the Tri-Cities Food Bank. It's a non-profit organization that distributes food to the needy residents of the Tri-Cities. Run by volunteers since it has been founded in 1975, the Tri-Cities Food Bank has already served more than 150,000 individuals as of 2015. Through the help of generous people, this figure is expected to grow even bigger this 2016.
