White Bluffs Quilt Museum Celebrates Native American Month Richland, WashingtonOn Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8 the White Bluffs Quilt Museum will be celebrating Native American Month with a series of events.

Details of the Event
The celebration will include a town hall lecture, a bus trip, a workshop, and exhibits. The textile focus for 2014 will be traditional Native American beading. The textile focus for the 2014 event will be traditional Native American beading.

Schedule
Friday, November 7, at 7 p.m., in the Richland Public Library, Steve Grafe, art curator at the Maryhill Museum, will explore the history of bead work on the Columbia River Plateau.

Saturday, November 8 there will be a bus trip to Maryhill Museum with stops at Wapato Pawn and Trade, and Holy Monastery of St. John the Forerunner. Admission fee is $40.00 and will include a box lunch.

White Bluffs Quilt Museum is located at 294 Torbett St. in Richland, Washington.
