This is will be culinary classes for REAL people! Come join Chef Melissa as she walks you through preparing dinner with ingredients that are familiar, but fresh and fun! Perfectly paired with Chandler Reach wines, you'll learn how to create and present a beuatiful three-course menu including salad, entree' and dessert. Some class participation, kitchen demonstration and wine tasting involved!

Peach and Prosciutto Salad
A salad of summer fresh peaches, thinly shaved parmesan and creamy feta cheese with a tangy blasamic dressing.
Seared Salmon with Avacado Salsa
Seared fresh salmon topped with zesty avacado salad and seasonal market vegetables
Citrus Panna Cotta
An Italian tradition! Creamy dream of orange and vanilla custard.
Includes wine tasting at 5:30 p.m. and one glass of wine.
