Everyone is invited on August 8 and 9 at The Princess Theater, 1228 Meade Ave. in Prosser as the Valley Theatre Company presents “Greater Tuna.” Doors will open at 6:30 in the evening while show begins at 7:30 p.m.
About “Greater Tuna”
Long before redneck humor became mainstream; two actors stumble upon each other and produced a theatrical phenomenon uniquely appealing and interesting to audiences world-wide. Welcome to Tuna – the “third smallest town in Texas.” The performance features a pair of naive radio disk jockeys, a racist sheriff, a gun store owner, a religious bigot who studies “segregation in the scriptures,” an animal rights advocate, an undertaker, a crooked judge, Baptist “smut snatchers,” a cliché-laden preacher, and so much more.
