About Unlock Hips and Shoulders - Exploratory PLAYshop
Sitting for a number of hours and carrying a heavy backpack every day are just some of many practices that can scrunch the shoulders and tighten the muscles. Through the Unlock Hips and Shoulders - Exploratory PLAYshop, participants will learn how this can be avoided. This event is open to both beginners and yoga veterans. The Exploratory PLAYshop will feature a combination of myofascial release, yin yoga, and dynamic stretches. These steps enhance one's motion, flexibility, and joint health and also help free the shoulders and hips from muscle tightness.Â
Admission to Unlock Hips and Shoulders - Exploratory PLAYshop costs $35 per person.
