Tri Cities Wood Carvers Assoc. Presents 20th Annual Artistry in Wood Mission Statement of the Tri Cities Wood Carvers Association
The Tri Cities Wood Carvers Association aims to promote and advance the art of woodcarving while encouraging wood burning, intarsia, woodturning, marquetry, scrollwork, and carving using other media. They try to reach this goal by promoting advancement of all carving techniques through formal and informal carving classes, thereby providing a positive environment for people with the desire to learn this form of art.

Twentieth Annual Artistry in Wood Juried Exhibit and Sale
The annual juried competition is the Association’s way of encouraging carvers to enter their carved works for an assessment of skill, critiques of workmanship, and an opportunity to display their art to the public. The overall mission of the competition is for wood carvers to grow and diversify their skills in creating “artistry in wood”.
