About The Yoga of SoulCollage
The Yoga of SoulCollage is a truly distinct event that will surely intrigue everyone. This event is made up of procedures requiring creativity. A deck of collaged cards has to be formed, and each card depicts a portion of an individual's personality. The Yoga of SoulCollage promotes accepting all that make up one's character including strengths and weaknesses, fears, skills and personality.
This edition of Yoga of SoulCollage is actually the introduction. Following this event are yoga sessions that will cater to each level of meditation practice. Participants are advised to bring in their own yoga mat, water bottle, and personal journal. Admission price is $65 each. To guide the participants, Teacher Alice Schlegel, CYT 200 and a certified SoulCollage Facilitator will be in attendance.
