Variété is Kadlec Neurological Resource Center’s annual signature fundraising event — a dinner and auction that makes a lasting impression on those who attend. Pet over Population Prevention’s 9th Annual Fur Ball in Kennewick

Pet over Population Prevention (POPP) is a local, non-profit, all-volunteer, NO-kill pet organization that’s dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership with the aim of preventing the needless death and suffering of companion animals. The Multicultural Club at Washington State University Tri Cities presents the 3rd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. event. The event, which will occur January 14, features an inter-generational panel at 6:30pm to discuss civil rights accomplishments and current challenges. Panelists will include Dr. Novella N. Bridges, a senior research chemist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory; Zixu Ha, the ASWSU Tri Cities President; and Jack Hamann, author of On American Soil: How Justice Became a Casualty of WWII.
