Aquaman Duathlon: An Evening Race For All Ages

Three Rivers Road Runners is inviting all runners and triathletes to join the Aquaman Duathlon event. Both veteran marathoners and beginners will enjoy this event which aims to promote multi-sports and running to all community members in the Tri-Cities.

The race will begin with a 2-mile run at Howard Amon Park, to be followed by a plunge into the Columbia River for a half-mile swim. Participants will then run another 3 miles toward the northern part of the park…

NSX Annual Swim Work Out of the Day Community Fitness & Social Event in Richland WA

The Natural Selection CrossFit will host the NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017 on August 13. The event will be at 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., at George Prout Pool, at 1005 Swift Boulevard, Richland, WA.

NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017

Admission to the NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017 costs $5 each for members and $10 each for non-members. There will be a couple of MOD sessions available. The first one will be at 9 a.m. and the second one will be at 10 a.m. Community members can join the fun for free. It's a great event for families and friends to participate, especially the cross fitters.

Immediately after the second MOD, attendees will be asked to proceed to the Leslie Groves Park where there will be a recovery BBQ event for all NSX Annual Swim MOD 2017 participants.…

Memorial Pool Doggie Paddle At The Memorial Pool In Pasco, WA

On Wednesday, September 2 from 6:00 to 7:30 in the evening bring your dogs to the Memorial Pool in Pasco, Washington for the "Memorial Pool Doggie Paddle". Deadline of registration is will be on the same date at 3:00 in the afternoon. 

Details of the Event
* Proof of immunizations required for admission.
* Dogs must be on leash when not in the pool.
* Doggie sanitary bags provided by dogpoopbags.com 

Fun for dogs of all sizes! They've waited all summer, now it's their turn to swim at Memorial Pool in Pasco, Washington. 

Registration is $5 for residents and $6 for non-residents.
