This weekend head over to the TRAC in Pasco Washington to check out the 18th Annual Sportsman Show! The show lasts all weekend long, January 21-23. The Annual Sportsman Show is open to anyone from around the region! There will be outdoor equipment, a trophy antler collection, kid’s fishing pond, free air rifle range, free kids’ casting contest, free hourly hunting and fishing seminars, retriever demonstrations, and more. Come out and support local Tri Citians as they take the plunge, Polar Bear that is, for Special Olympics Washington. The Polar Bear Plunge, presented by the Law Enforcement Torch Run Campaign, will be held on January 22 at Columbia Park in Kennewick Washington from 10:00am-1:00pm. Be a part of the “coolest” event in the Tri Cities by either jumping in or making a donation. All proceeds go towards supporting the local Special Olympics programs throughout the year. On December 14 come out to Kennewick High School for the 5th Annual Kennewick Police Officers vs. Kennewick Firefighters Charity Basketball Event, tip off will take place at 7:00pm. The cost of admission into the game is simply a donation, but you may want to bring some extra cash for your chance to win the raffle.
