About the 2017 Tri-Citian of the Year
Tri-Citian of the Year is a recognition given to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding Service Above Self. The award is a way to show appreciation to efforts exerted in Building Community Through Service.

A Time of Remembrance - Honoring Our Fallen Heroes In Kennewick, WashingtonOn Saturday, September 27 the families and fellow comrades of the fallen heroes will have the chance to confidentially get together for a time of sharing, and will attend break-out sessions which will provide information to assist in the process of coping with their loss and sacrifice. A Candlelight Vigil will happen at Columbia Park at the Veteran's Memorial in Kennewick, Washington. Everyone is encouraged to join the families at the Candlelight Ceremony beside the Columbia River. The Vigil will start at 7:30 in the evening.

The following day Sunday, September 28 there will be an official State Recognition Ceremony that will be hosted by the City of West Richland at Flat Top Park. The goal of the event is to have each of our heroes memory…
