The 25th Great Prosser Balloon Rally Prosser Airport, WashingtonEvery year the City of Prosser Washington holds the Great Prosser Balloon Rally during the month of September. This year the event will take place the weekend of the 26, Friday, lasting through Sunday. Those of you who are early risers will enjoy the sunrise liftoffs each morning at 6:15, Friday-Sunday.
