About the Basic Self Defense Class
The Basic Self-Defense class is a 4-hour course that will be hosted by the Tri-Cities Wu Ying Tao. The class will feature physical hands-on training and a discussion on how to prevent attackers. There will also be tips on how to escape from anyone who would make an aggressive attempt.
