The 2014 Kidney Walk/Run will be on Sunday, August 17 at Lafarge Lake, Lafarge Lake Coquitlam in Benton City. Join the walk which will start at 10:00 in the morning.

Did you know that one in 10 Canadians has kidney disease? The bad thing is there is no cure to it. However, anyone can help by being a part of The 2014 Tri Cities Kidney Walk/Run. The Kidney Walks are community-led events committed to raising awareness and funds for kidney disease, and the significance of organ donation. You can register at tricitieskidneywalk.ca to participate. In addition, this year marks The Kidney Foundation of Canada’s 50th anniversary. Admission is FREE.
