Carnival At The Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo In Kennewick, WashingtonExcited for the carnival? With more than five acres of rides and games at the Benton Franklin Fair, the carnival combines the rides and attractions of Davis Shows Northwest and Davis Amusement Cascadia.
