Inviting all aviation enthusiasts, come and be a part of the Aviation Celebration, formerly Richland Fly-In at the Richland Airport of the Bypass Highway on Saturday, June 20 from 8:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon.
Richland Airport Aviation Celebration
The celebration will start with a pancake breakfast fund raiser for a local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association. Several kinds of aircraft will be on display including one from Pasco-based Viper Aircraft Company which made the homebuilt plane kits. Also on display will be a vintage Sopwith Camel, a British World War 1 biplane, which is being restored. The highlight of the event is the 250 free 20- minute airplane rides for kids.
