"High Class at White Pass" is scheduled for Saturday, April 9th. It is a dinner with wine tasting that will take place in the Sitzmark Lounge (bar) in the White Pass Ski Resort Day Lodge. White Pass Company has graciously offered to donate and prepare the food and it looks like we have at least 4 wineries confirmed at this date to pour wine.  

100% of the proceeds will go to the White Pass Ski Patrol!

This "High Class" event will happen on the same day the Film Festival is scheduled and plan to start right after (approximately 4pm to 6pm). Each participant will receive a great meal and 10 script for wine tastes. They will be able to purchase additional script. On April 16, come out and run in support of local Autism programs around the Tri Cities Washington area at the Responding to Autism Fun Run. All the proceeds raised at the run will go towards providing resources for families affected by autism; resources such as low cost/free autism screenings.

The Responding to Autism Fun Run will include a 1 mile family friendly, 5K and a 10K. The cost is $20 for the 5K or the 10K; price includes a t-shirt. The 1 mile run is $5 and does not include a t-shirt. The price to buy a t-shirt separately is $15. During the week of March 22-30, join together with people and churches from around the Tri Cities community to participate in Sharefest. Sharefest events include a blood drive, workday, and offering. The workday is scheduled for March 26, if you are interested in participating in Sharefest contact your local church or visit the Sharefest Tri Cities website for more information about projects. The Sharefest offering will go towards several local organizations. The money donations will go towards Ignite Youth Mentoring and Teen Challenge, the food donations will go to 2nd Harvest Tri Cities, supply donations will go to the Union Gospel Mission and blood donations will go to the Benton Franklin Red Cross.

Mardi Gras is just around the corner and the Hanford Reach has sent out their save the date! Mark your calendar for Tuesday, March 8, 5:30pm-9:00pm for the 3rd annual Mardi Gras auction at the Country Gentleman. This auction will feature a diverse selection of auction items, distinctive art by local artists, Cajun style cooking, live music, and dancing. Doors open at 5:30 pm, Cocktail hour and the Silent Auction will take place at 6:00pm followed by dinner, a live auction and dessert dash at 7:00pm. Bethel Church in Richland Washington will be holding a worship conference and concert for anyone who is interested in coming. Refined Worship Conference and Concert will take place on February 26 at the main Richland Campus of Bethel Church. The Conference is from 1:00pm-5:00pm and costs $35 per person. There will be a large group session with Jeff Deyo and smaller workshops on various instruments and some for tech teams.

Following the Refined Worship Conference will be the Refined Worship Concert featuring Jeff Deyo. Doors will open at 5:30. There is no cost to attend, a free will offering will be taken to offset expenses, net proceeds will go to a local charity.
