Run For Ribbons At Howard Amon Park In Richland, Washington

Join the Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation in support of local cancer patients and their families at the Run for Ribbons event on Saturday, May 9. There will be a 5K, 10K and 1 mile fun run and walk community event aimed to raise awareness and promote prevention on all forms of cancer.

Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation once again hosts the event at the Howard Amon Park in Richland, Washington. Registration for the event will start at 8:30 and race begins at 10; 00 in the morning. Run participants will receive a t-shirt featuring a blank ribbon. It’s the Run for Ribbon’s tradition to decorate it, use it to honor a memory, celebrate survival or to simply encourage hope. Chamna Chase 10k & 6k Fun Run, Chamna Preserve Richland, Washington

Hosted by the Nomad Trail Runners of Eastern Washington on Saturday, September 27 everyone is invited to the Chamna Chase 10K and 6K Fun Run happening at Chamna Preserve in Richland, Washington. 6k begins at 9:00 in the morning, 10k begins at 10:00 in the morning. Registration fee is $30.00.

Camp Patriot 4th Of July Fun Run In Gesa Stadium Pasco, Washington

We are happy to announce the Camp Patriot 4th of July Fun Run that will happen on the date in Gesa Stadium located at 6200 Burden Boulevard Pasco, Washington. The Fun Run is scheduled at 7:30 in the morning - 100lb Club and 8:00 in the morning for the 5k/1m.

Fourteenth Annual Pooch and Pal Run Walk along the Columbia River

Richland’s Leprechaun Dash for Elementary and Middle School Students

Here’s something for elementary and middle school students out there.

Tri Cities Wa presents the Leprechaun Dash, a one-mile fun run to be held in a closed portion of Columbia Park Trail. The fun run is happening on March 15, and it will start and finish near near R.F. McDougall’s and Kimo's.

The Leprechaun Dash
There is no fee to join the Dash. This is Three Rivers Road Runners’ way to help kids have some fun, get healthy, and stay fit at the same time. However, runners need to register, as their parents’ signatures are needed on the entry forms. Children older than 15 years old are excluded from registering for the Leprechaun Dash.

Responding to Autism Fun Run at Richland WA's Howard Amon Park

On April 16, come out and run in support of local Autism programs around the Tri Cities Washington area at the Responding to Autism Fun Run. All the proceeds raised at the run will go towards providing resources for families affected by autism; resources such as low cost/free autism screenings.

The Responding to Autism Fun Run will include a 1 mile family friendly, 5K and a 10K. The cost is $20 for the 5K or the 10K; price includes a t-shirt. The 1 mile run is $5 and does not include a t-shirt. The price to buy a t-shirt separately is $15.
