On Wednesday, August 20 everyone is invited to join Chef Jessica of Kestrel as she shares some tips on canning and preserving. The event will be at Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center located in 2140A Wine Country Road Prosser, Washington from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening.

All participants will surely enjoy tasty snacks and wine pairings created from a variety of exceptionally preserved and pickled projects. What’s more you can take home a jar each of: honey wine preserved grapes, tomato basil jam, pickled pear tomatoes with rosemary or wine jelly. Admission fee is $45.00.
