Tri Cities Wa Holiday EventsChristmas Carnival and Train Ride
Camp Kiwanis is offering train rides, photos with Santa, a Polar Express story time, snacks, crafts, and a performance by Big Top the Clown.  The event will be December 21 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Admission is $5 and free for 5 and under. Camp Kiwanis is located at the north end of Columbia Park.

The Annual Living Nativity
Church of the Nazarene at 2402 S Union St, Kennewick is having their annual living nativity from 6:30pm - 8:00pm December 20 - 21. Each show is 15 minutes long and there will be cookies, hot chocolate and cider.

Tri Cities Wa Lighted Boat ParadeTri Cities Wa Lighted Boat Parade on the Columbia River this weekend December 4th and 5th from 6:00 to 9:00 in the evening.  Bring your warm clothes and (hopefully) stand next to a warm fire or friend and enjoy the parade.  We have a home on the Columbia River and the Lighted Boat Parade has been a holiday highlight for us as a family. 

Event Route Details

Christmas Lighted Boat Parade will travel up river on the Kennewick side along Columbia Park. At around 7:30 in the evening they will turn around at the far end of Howard Amon Park in Richland and travel back down river on the same course. They will arrive back at Clover Island and make an additional loop for everyone on the island before heading back into the Clover Island Marina at around 9:00

For the past several days the Cathedral of Joy has been presenting their annual Living Nativity. There are only two more days left, so hurry up and buy your tickets for any of the remaining six performances. You don’t want to miss out on this wonderful performance illustrating the true meaning of Christmas. The live stage play features each of the traditional pieces to a Christmas such as roman soldiers on horseback, camels, angels, sheppards with their flock, and what Christmas pageant would be complete with the holy couple and baby Jesus.
