Mid-Columbia Ballet Presents "Hansel and Gretel" in Pasco One of the well-loved children’s classics, Hansel and Gretel, is coming to Pasco through the Mid-Columbia Ballet.

The Mid-Columbia Ballet brings the classic story of siblings Hansel and Gretel on the stage of Chiawana High School’s auditorium on April 19. This ballet presentation has a cast of 70 dancers and actors.

Co-director Joel Rogo promises that the ballet will bring as much joy to the audience as their Christmas ballet, The Nutcracker, did. No less than the CEO of Mid-Columbia Libraries himself, Kyle Cox, will play the wicked witch on his stage debut.

Tickets for the Mid Columbia Ballet’s most popular performance, The Nutcracker will be going on sale November 1!  There will be several showings in December. Showings will be December 10 at 7:00pm, December 11 at 2:00pm and again at 7:00pm, and December 12 at 2:00pm. All performances take place at the Richland High School Auditorium in Richland Washington. To buy tickets, visit the Mid Columbia Ballet website or call 509.946.5417 after November 1. Tickets cost $22 for adults, $17 for students and seniors, and $12 for children 12 and under.
