Doug Rice is a guitarist performing around the Tri Cities and surrounding areas as a soloist. He will be joined by Kevin Selby in the event.
Between the Buns Restaurant and Hot Dog Cart are on site.Plus, Diggity's and Frost Me Sweet will be there to provide guests with some fabulous eats!
