The Kennewick Art Walk happens each first Thursday of the month. It when everyone gets the chance to enjoy art and meet the artists behind some of the most beautiful artworks on display.

You can visit multiple locations that are marked by colorful balloons. This spans an 8-city block are from Dayton St. east to Washington St. and from W Canal Dr south to W First Ave., so there’s really lots of walking to do.

Uncle Bonsai At Community Unitarian Universalist Church Pasco, WashingtonThis coming Saturday, May 2 come watch Seattle trio Uncle Bonsai at the Community Unitarian Universalist Church located at 2819 W. Sylvester Street in Pasco, Washington. Show starts at 7:30 in the evening.

The Seattle trio Uncle Bonsai will once again perform original, contemporary folk/pop music. With their soaring and intricate 3-part vocal harmonies and biting humor, accompanied by only an acoustic guitar, Arni Adler, Patrice O'Neill, and Andrew Ratshin deliver poignantly unflinching portrayals of life, love, and a guy named Doug. The trio's influences range from the Beatles to Stephen Sondheim.

The event's guest featured quartet is the highly-rated IPA quartet from Boise, Idaho. Other featured guest artists include the Mid-Columbia Boys Choir, Chiawana High School Men's Choir, Chiawana High School Chamber Choir, and the Rolling Hills Chorus, the 2014 1st Place Small Chorus in the North by Northwest region of Sweet Adelines International.

Meet Tri ART For Giving Artists At The Home Of John Williams Tri Cities, Washington  On Sunday, March 22 from 4:00 to 5:30 in the afternoon everyone is invited to Tri ART for Giving's "Meet the Artists", a special VIP fundraising event sponsored by XRON Associates Inc. at the home of John Williams. Catalyst: Inciting Change Through Creativity Richland, WashingtonCushions, Catalyst and Cre8 is inviting young artists, sculptors, scientists, jewelry makers, photographers, architects, engineers and mathematicians to join this family friendly event. Event held Saturday, February 21 at The Uptown Theatre, 1300 Jadwin Ave. In Richland, Washington from 2:00 in the afternoon until 10:00 in the evening.

Schedule of Activities:
At 2:00pm fun starts at the lobby with a pop-art gallery and studio which young artists are invited to participate by displaying their art. Music and poetry begin at 6:30 pm on the main stage.   You will want to be on hand to watch the creation of new work by Jenny Rieke which she will produce from re-purposed materials.
